Appointments may be scheduled through our website via Google Calendar or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by AquaNova Pressure Washing. An appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed booking until you receive an explicit confirmation from us.
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Pressure washing services may be postponed or rescheduled due to rain, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other conditions that would compromise the quality or safety of the work. We will contact you as promptly as possible to reschedule if this occurs.
Free estimates are provided based on information you provide and a visual assessment of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial estimate (e.g., additional surface area, excessive buildup, or conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate). Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the scheduled service.
AquaNova Pressure Washing will exercise reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not responsible for damage to surfaces, materials, or structures that are in a deteriorated, fragile, or compromised condition prior to service (including but not limited to: failing paint, rotted wood, loose caulking, cracked concrete, aged sealants, or improperly installed fixtures).
In the event that AquaNova Pressure Washing causes damage to your property through our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We carry general liability insurance and will work in good faith to address any valid damage claims promptly.
⚠ To file a damage claim, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for consideration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AquaNova Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including returning to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to work performed under normal conditions and does not cover stains or discoloration that cannot be removed by pressure washing (such as rust staining, paint, oil embedded over many years, or structural discoloration).
